What’s going on? The ZAT at the UGA Challenge Course presents participants (“zippers”) the great and unique opportunity of flying through the trees, climbing up our outdoor wall and generally enjoying a new thrill all for one price. Different than normal challenge courses, this is just for you, the zipper, and your friends to experience something different.
For the $10 (or less!), each zipper climbs up the UGA Challenge Course Tower to zip and can climb our outdoor climbing wall. There will also be food, music and lots of space to bring your frisbee, football, picnic or whatever else your heart desires. Part of the Lake Herrick Recreational Sports Complex, in the Oconee Forest Park (that place behind the IM fields and tennis courts) is an off-leash dog park as well, so feel free to bring fido out to enjoy the weather and fun, too! (FAIR WARNING: You will be responsible for keeping your precious pooch on leash, safe and out of the way while you zip. Thanks in advance for your help in this event running smoothly!)
